I just saw Marcie and Linda's notes. I , too, found myself in a  blue funk.

SO I  went to spend a week with family.  The week is over.

I am returning home tomorrow, all cheered up and raring to get moving . It will be quiet in my home.

I am in control of my life as much as possible. I accept what I can not change. I keep moving forward. God bless my wonderful wife for putting up with me.

Happy new year!

Z
