70 years old (1949). Loop colostomy in July, 2014. Sepsis prompted that as I have active Crohn's in the perianal area, with several draining fistulas. Hence the infection that caused the sepsis. (Sepsis can be fatal) The ostomy keeps stool from going out and dirtying the fistulas.
