Hi, John! Google Dolly Parton Soup and you'll get the recipe. It's on-line and is fun to make - at least I think it is! You're going to LOVE it!!! Very delicious. Often I'll add diced up chicken or turkey - both are very good - just to give it a little different taste. We have several butter tubs in the freezer, but I know they won't last long!!! When you season your soup, add whatever you like until it tastes the way you like it. I add a little of this and a little of that but most always never the same spices for two batches of soup!!!! It's always a little different.

Guess I'll have to give V8 another try, never been a fan of it as a drink. I do like the other V8 drinks out there, just that tomato base does me in. Iceberg lettuce got me, one of the most non-nutritional vegetable out there. I'm a nearly darn raw veggie person, grew up picking veggies off the plants and eating them on the spot. I've ate cucumber slices pretty easily, have to watch out for the seeds though. That means I can continue to eat cucumber sandwiches!!! One of those light summer snack things husband and I love. Not sure about Sugar Peas or Sno Peas, love those raw with a little ranch yogurt.

Hi, Eric!!! I make Dolly Parton Soup which is all veggies (but it uses chicken broth - so you might want to use veggie broth). It's all veggies and I love the stuff! I make a great big soup pot full of it and then freeze it in 3-pound butter tubs. My husband and I will easily eat a whole tub of it in one sitting - it's that good! Tomatoes, onions, cabbage, green beans, carrots, green pepper (red and yellow too sometimes), chicken broth - and I rather imagine you could put whatever other veggies you wanted in it. I like it real thick - almost like a stew - and eat it often. It's one of those things that my body really likes, so I eat it at least once a week - usually more often than that.

This is a great community forum and I love it. I know I get real chatty, but I can't help it. It feels like I'm sitting around talking with a bunch of good friends every time I visit!!!! Best wishes for continued success!!!!
