Hi All, was taking 5 mins out and decided to go through the VO site, I came across Eric,s piece on the above title. for any one who has not read it please do. I know I am guilty of having days where the new clip I have on is rubbing my leg or the mushroom I did not chew properly is not coming through that well and it annoys me! then I have to wise up and have a think back. You will see what I mean after reading it under the title IBD at the top of the page.
