Hi Folks, Never heard of this dish before, last night we had loaded potato skins (I only had a few and chewed well) so have spuds left over. I enjoy Indian food and that recipe looks easy enough to make so I'll probably give that a go at some point. Just your friendly neighborhood ostomate.
