What file format are you guys trying to upload? JPG photo or something else?

I’ve had some problems with pictures not attaching, even if they are under 2MB. I’m not sure why. I assumed it was a glitch with my 7 year old phone. 🤣

I uploaded a photo that shows on my profile but not on the forum postings. I resize to 150 x 150 using the link Tony provided, uploaded again and saved - but still the same thing, on my profile but not when I post in a forum. Any suggestions are welcome, thank you.

I don't have a Mac to test on, but I will see if the developer might know what's going on (fyi: Macs and ipads are by far the most problematic when it comes to troubleshooting website issues LOL).

dont know if you are still having problems changing your avatar , i just changed mine with no problem , i used this site https://img-resize.com/

to resize the photo and it worked with no problems , Eric hope its ok to link this site , doesent seem to have any problems with it

Make sure the resolution of the image is small - like 150x150px and try again. Jpeg is preferred 👌
