I fold the one piece like a taco. It allows me to place it securely over my stoma while actually guiding my stoma into... Lola the stoma. It's great to say to my family, "I have to take care of Lola" and be totally understood! I've used baby oil, a few drops each time I empty, successfully for the past three years.
